Polish Fest Giveaway
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The giveaway entry period begins on June 3, 2024 and ends on June 10, 2024 at 11PM CST. This giveaway is sponsored by Luxe Golf Bays, Polish Fest & the Polish Center of Wisconsin.
How to Enter
To enter, book a bay at Luxe Golf during the entry period. Each booking is considered one (1) entry into the giveaway. There is no limit on the number of entries per person.
Prize
One (1) grand prize winner will receive: Two (2) general admission tickets to Polish Fest 2024, and one (1) Polish Fest Gift Basket containing assorted Polish-themed items, including but not limited to: a Polish Fest branded T-Shirt, 2 mugs, a lanyard, hat, frisbee, koozie, 2 bottles of Chopin Vodka, and jar of Lowell Peppers. Prize is non-transferable and no substitutions or cash redemptions are permitted.
Winner Selection/Notification
A random drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The winner will be announced via Facebook and Instagram on Wednesday, June 12. If a potential winner cannot be reached after reasonable efforts have been made, or is unable to accept the prize, it will be awarded to an alternate winner.
The winner must claim their prize by Thursday, 6/13. To claim, the winner must show a photo id when claiming the prize. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the prize.
General
The Polish Fest Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for the prize is allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility of any potential winner. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or postage-due mail/entries. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
